		<description>I think the most difficult thing is finding time to implement all of the new things you can teach to the preschoolers! If you are a dedicated person you can find the time and get into a routine to make sure goals and objectives are being met. 
If you leave responsibilities to others, the failure that can occur can often and most probably be blamed on you. If you want a successful preschool then you need to be involved. Good communication with staff is also a huge necessity. If communication breaks down then things go downhill quickly!</description>
