I need ideas to help me study the costs well before budgeting and a plan of the steps I should go through before I start the school.

One Response to “How Do I Make A Feasibility Study For Opening A Kindergarten School?”

First, find a location. It has to be close enough to be convenient. Make sure you have enough square footage to get started. Don’t forget to factor in equipment (desks, chalkboards, etc.), rent, utilities, garbage removal, etc. Don’t forget insurance because parents are usually not forgiving when their child gets hurt.
Second, you have to determine if you can pay the teachers/administrators. You can do a survey at a near by supermarket, sporting events, etc. Be conservative because many of the people who think it is a great idea will not enroll in the end.
Third, look hard at the instructors. Background checks are required. You can’t afford to pay minimum wage to get quality people.
I would work in a preschool/kindergarten for a year to make sure I knew all the problems ahead of time.
