I plan to use the book, Jump Frog Jump and create a lily pad number line. I may have them go in pairs and they each choose a number and jump that many spaces. Does anyone have any ideas to add to this or any other ways to teach addition? Thanks.

My friend has to pay $75 a month for her daughter to attend all day kindergaten in a public school. They said because she is above average she has to pay.

Does you 4 year old child know how to write the letters of the alphabet or numbers? Does your 5 year old know how to write letters of the alphabet… or numbers? Is your child a male or female?

Each class has been given $100 to spend on materials for a class project that will be auctioned off at a school fundraiser? Last year a quilt was done by the class, and another year a bookcase was built and the kids picked their favorite books to put on the shelf. What other unique/original ideas can this class do?

I need ideas to help me study the costs well before budgeting and a plan of the steps I should go through before I start the school.

She’s been a wonderful teacher, she helped my daughter out a lot, and we really want to get her something nice.

I would prefer salary ranges in South Orange County is at all possible but I will take answers for any district in OC.

She doesn’t want to go and throws fits in the morning. She wants to go back to preschool or stay home.The other day I had to carry her to school (I live across the street). She bit me the whole way. I had bite marks and bruises all over my arms and was bleeding from one of them. Also, she just turned 5 August 21.
